The Great Reply All

Nobody remembers how civilization ended. Some say AI. Some say war. Some say crypto. The Apes say it happened because somebody clicked Reply All. Nobody can prove them wrong. Thousands of years later, humanity disappeared. Knowledge disappeared. Common sense disappeared. Only the Apes survived. Unfortunately, they aren't very smart.

The Aperion People

The Aperions built a civilization from the only things they found: hoodies, rocks, bananas, and abandoned internet culture. Nobody knows what any of them are for. They just think they look important. Every Ape believes they're the chosen leader. Every Ape has exactly zero followers.

The Giant Banana

They worship an ancient glowing circle in the sky. Nobody knows it's just the Moon. They call it The Giant Banana. Every month they gather around it and argue which side should be peeled first. This is considered sacred research.

The Skull Faces

The skull faces aren't masks. Nobody remembers why they look like this. One Ape once asked. The Council immediately declared him suspicious. He apologized. Nobody knows for what.

The Confidence Economy

Money doesn't exist anymore. The official currency is Confidence. The louder you explain your idea, the richer people assume you are. The smartest Ape became King. He was immediately removed after admitting he didn't know something.

The Sacred Mission

Every generation receives one sacred mission: Figure out what humans were doing. Nobody ever succeeds. Current theories include: humans invented chairs to avoid leg day, cars were giant metal bananas, Wi-Fi was weather, and emails were mating calls.
